Do any of you have specific requirements in your construction contracts detailing how a contractor must comply with OSHA?  Our contract simply says they must comply with OSHA but OSHA says the OSHA specifications need to be more specific.

Any sample language and comments about issues you may have had, would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks.

We just did a contract for a Civic Center project and used the contractors AIA contracts. There was nothing them regarding OSHA. It seems to me that OSHA applies whether or not it is in the contract.
